My wife and I are sitting here watching tv (Thursday nights on NBC). All of the best shows are on, like 30 Rock and The Office. There’s also two completely different medical shows, Scrubs and ER. Scrubs is pretty funny, and ER really keeps you riveted, but both shows are driving me bonkers tonight. Scrubs featured a woman who has decided to kill herself because she doesn’t want to suffer through her terminal disease, and ER featured a woman with a DNR, who is awake but on a ventilator, also wanting to end it rather than deal with her injuries.
